Q Are there any fees or hidden costs to join?
A Completely free. We do not charge any joining fee, onboarding fee, system usage fee, or monthly management fee. We use a win-win "commission-sharing" model — we only share profit once you successfully close a booking. Zero-risk, zero-investment.
Q If it's free, how does the platform make money?
A From economies of scale and commission sharing. By aggregating orders from many agents, we secure better commission policies from suppliers. You keep most of the commission; we take a small portion for platform operations and tech maintenance. Our interests are fully aligned.
Q I have a full-time job. Can I join part-time?
A Absolutely. As an Independent Contractor, you have complete control over your time. The system supports 24/7 access and is mobile-friendly — perfect for fragmented time, whether as a side hustle or a full-time career.
Q Do I need to register a company or hold a business license?
A Both individuals and companies can join. Individual: sign as an individual without registering a company. Business/studio: if you already have a team or company, we can sign a corporate cooperation agreement with B2B settlement and sub-account management.
Q What core benefits do I get after joining?
A Shared top-tier qualifications (directly use our credentials to connect with global suppliers), a full-category resource library (real-time booking of flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation products at contracted rates), tech system support (free access to our CRM and one-stop booking back office), and a continuous growth system (supplier roadshows, product training, sales skills guidance).
Q Can I promote under my own brand (logo/name)?
A Yes. We encourage you to build your personal IP or corporate brand. We provide white-label service — display your logo and brand on client-facing itineraries, quotes, and booking mini-programs, while we provide tech support in the back office.
Q How complex is the application process?
A Very efficient. After submitting online and completing verification, account activation usually happens within 24 hours. After a ~1-hour onboarding, you can start quoting and booking for clients immediately.
Q Is there a contract term? What if I want to quit?
A Standard contract is typically one year with auto-renewal. Since there is no upfront investment, if you decide to stop, you can exit without penalty by giving proper notice.

Commissions & Settlement

Q What is your commission-sharing ratio?
A A tiered model. The base share is above industry average, and your tier auto-upgrades as your sales volume (GMV) grows. More orders and sales = higher commission share.
Q When do I receive my commission after an order closes?
A Usually after the client's trip ends and the supplier has paid us. Typically settled on a fixed day of the following month (e.g., the 10th or 15th). Some special products (e.g., instant-rebate hotels) may have faster cycles.
Q How can I withdraw? Do you support corporate transfers?
A Individual agents: bank transfer, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Corporate agents: corporate bank transfer after issuing invoices. All settlements are initiated online and paid automatically after finance review.
Q How do I track projected earnings and settlement progress?
A A fully transparent finance dashboard in the back office. Each order shows "projected commission"; status updates as the order progresses (pending, withdrawable, paid). Log in anytime to review detailed statements.
Q Is the commission ratio the same for all products?
A No. High-commission products: cruises, all-inclusive resorts (ClubMed), high-end custom trips, and luxury hotels. Low/no-commission: standard air tickets (industry norm), but we offer a service-fee feature so you can earn by adding a fee. Each product's commission is clearly displayed before booking.
Q What happens to commission if the client cancels or refunds?
A Commission is based on actual consumption. Full refund = no commission. Partial refund = commission adjusted proportionally per supplier cancellation policy.
Q As an individual agent, is tax withheld?
A We follow national tax law. Individuals: we withhold personal income tax (labor remuneration) and pay you the net amount. Corporate: provide a VAT invoice for the amount, and we pay the full commission without withholding.

Service & Support

Q Do you provide training? What does it cover?
A Yes, and comprehensive. Our training covers system operations (hands-on for pricing, booking, order management), a product knowledge base (destination expert sharing, supplier roadshows, certifications), and sales & acquisition (marketing, scripts, social media lead gen). All content is free via live streams or replays.
Q If I hit a problem during a booking, how can I reach you?
A Multi-channel support. Live chat: built-in messaging with ops specialists during business hours. Ticket system: for non-urgent or complex issues. Dedicated community: an agent group with ops staff for policy updates and Q&A.
Q If my client hits an emergency during travel, can you help?
A Yes. For major issues that cannot be resolved alone, our emergency support team will help you negotiate with suppliers (airlines, ground operators) to protect the client's interests and reduce your risk.
Q Do you assign clients to me, or do I find my own?
A Agents find their own clients. We provide strong marketing support: daily posters, copy, promotional landing pages, and deal-product lists you can forward with one click.
Q I'm not great with computers. Is the system hard to use?
A No worries. The interface is clean and intuitive — similar to e-commerce shopping flows (search → select → book). Even without any GDS experience, anyone can learn the basics in 30 minutes via our onboarding videos.
Q If I have a dispute with a supplier, does the platform step in?
A Yes. For "supplier non-compliance" or "service below standards" issues, we officially negotiate on your behalf and help you file complaints and claim compensation.
Q Am I working alone? Is there a community of peers?
A You are never alone. After joining you enter a large agent community — online sharing sessions and offline salons for exchanging client-closing tips, lessons learned, and collaboration.

Q What product categories does the platform cover?
A A full-category one-stop sourcing platform: Flights (one-way, round-trip, multi-stop; domestic and international), Hotels (200+ countries and regions), Holidays (cruises, visas, attraction tickets, transfers, day tours, group tours), Custom (dynamic packaging plus complex bespoke itineraries).
Q Are your prices competitive vs. OTAs?
A Very competitive. As a Host Agency, we secure B2B contracted/net rates from underlying suppliers. These are typically well below public OTA retail. The spread is your margin. We also offer "exclusive room allocations" and "allocated flight + hotel" products that are scarce and high-value.
Q I don't have GDS experience. Can I book flights?
A No problem. Our system uses a visual "white-screen" interface — as easy as e-commerce. Complex refund/change rules are translated into plain language.
Q Is inventory real-time? Will I ever book something that's sold out?
A Yes, most products support Instant Confirmation via direct API. What you see on the system is real-time inventory and pricing; payment locks in the resource.
Q Can I build complex custom trips (dynamic packaging)?
A Yes. Our system supports dynamic packaging — combine flights, hotels, transfers, and insurance in one order. For complex needs, our offline custom-trip support team can help you design and quote.
Q How are refunds/changes handled?
A Self-service for most orders: click "Apply for Refund" or "Apply for Change" — the system auto-calculates fees. For special cases, escalate to a human agent with one click.
Q Are your suppliers trustworthy?
A We have a strict supplier-onboarding review. Partners include the big three GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport), international bed banks (Hotelbeds), large wholesalers, and directly contracted airlines and hotel groups.
